Description
Giuseppe Gorelli's Brunello di Montalcino comes from the hands of the oenologist and consultant, who founded his cellar in Montalcino in 2017.
It is made up of 100% Sangiovese grapes from vineyards located in the Canalicchio area. The vinification is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, with a maceration on the skins for 40-45 days, and is kept in Slavonian oak barrels. The fino ages in French and Slavonian oak barrels of various capacities and has a shelf life of over 36 months.
Ruby red in color, the nose is expressed with aromas of red fruit, cherry and balsamic notes. The sip is juicy, ample and with a long persistence.
It goes well with red meat and game dishes.
