Description
Cecchi's Brunello di Montalcino is a highly prestigious wine, produced in the Montalcino area, in Tuscany. Made entirely from Sangiovese grapes, this wine reflects the essence of the territory, with vineyards located at an altitude between 350 and 450 meters above sea level.
The winemaking takes place using traditional methods in red at a controlled temperature of 28°C, with fermentation and maceration lasting 18 days. Aging is a meticulous process that involves 24 months in barrique, of which only 20% are new, followed by a minimum of 24 months in the bottle.
This Brunello di Montalcino has a ruby red color embellished with garnet reflections. On the nose it stands out for its typical varietal aromas, such as cherry and blackberry; while on the palate it is harmonious and enveloping, with a balanced structure that enhances its finesse and persistence.
It pairs beautifully with important dishes, meats and cheeses.
