Description
This Brunello di Montalcino derives from the hilly areas of the renowned municipality of Montalcino.
It consists of only Sangiovese grapes, harvested perfectly intact once they reach full maturity. Vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for 15-20 days, fermenting at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C. The wine ages for at least 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels.
Sharp purple and clear in the glass, it is characterized by intense aromas of blackberry, black currant and cherries. On the palate it offers a pleasant gustatory impact, characterized by a good body supported by soft tannins.
Excellent in combination with grilled meats and roasts, it is perfect in the company of all game dishes.
