Description

Brunello di Montalcino Campogiovanni di San Felice is born in the vineyards of the prestigious Tenuta di Campogiovanni, located in the municipality of Montalcino.

It is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C for at least 20 days. Subsequently the wine matures for 36 months in barrique and for another 12 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

It is a ruby red wine. The nose opens with a very intense bouquet of ripe wild berries, tobacco, leather and rosemary. On the palate it is velvety, with tannins of notes of fruit in alcohol.

Perfect to accompany roasts, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
