Description
Tasting this Brunello di Montalcino means giving yourself a moment that more than just being an experience, represents a real journey to discover the soul of Tuscany.
A single Sangiovese grosso, harvested between the first and second week of October, gives life to this splendid nectar, which first ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C and, subsequently, carries out the malolactic fermentation steel. Its aging takes place in French and Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months.
Wine of great personality, structure and character, it presents itself at the sight of a beautiful intense ruby red color. The nose celebrates a bouquet of red fruit, while the sip is deep, evocative and characteristic of the terroir of origin.
It goes wonderfully with all game dishes, beef and aged cheeses. Simply dreamlike to drink alone, in a moment of meditation.
