Description

Brunello di Montalcino di Altesino comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Montalcino, in the province of Siena.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 24 months and for another 4 months in bottle before being released on the market.

This Brunello is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a large and ethereal bouquet of violets, enriched with pleasant vanilla notes. On the palate it is dry, warm and pleasantly velvety.

Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
