Description

Brunello di Montalcino Montosoli di Altesino is born in vineyards located on the Montosoli hill, in the municipality of Montalcino.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes. Fermentation takes place in barriques at controlled temperature, then the wine ages in barriques for about 24 months, and for further 4 months in bottle.

Montosoli is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with a broad and ethereal bouquet, with hints of black cherries, blackberries and raspberries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of licorice, vanilla and pink pepper. On the palate it is dry, warm and pleasantly velvety.

Perfect to accompany red meats, roasts and game, it is ideal as a meditation wine.
