Description

Torre Testa by Tenute Rubino was born in vineyards located in Jaddico, in the province of Brindisi.

The pure Susumaniello grapes are vinified in thermo-regulated steel tanks, with a 16-day maceration. The refinement takes place for 5-6 months in steel and for at least 12 months in French oak barriques, concluding with 12 months in the bottle.

Dark ruby in color, it presents hints of red and black fruits, wet earth and spices on the nose. The sip is intense and structured, with a persistent finish.

Ideal in combination with savory pies with cheeses, stewed white and red meats.
