Description
The Breganze Pinot Nero of the Maculan winery is born in vineyards located on the Breganzese hills, at the foot of the Asiago plateau, in Veneto.
It is produced with pure Pinot Noir grapes, carefully harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vats, while malolactic fermentation is spontaneous. The wine is then aged in steel tanks for 12 months before being bottled.
Characterized by a soft ruby red colour, typical of the variety, this Pinot Noir opens to the nose with a fine and elegant fruity perfume, enriched with pleasant slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is balanced, dry and well-structured, with delicate aromas of small red fruits.
Perfect to accompany tasty pasta dishes, such as pasta and lasagna, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
