Description

Bold Bombay Sapphire gin, Bramble is a flavoured gin that owes its colour, aroma and flavour only to a real infusion with an exclusive maceration of fresh blackberries and raspberries, without any added sugar. The idea is inspired by the cocktail of the same name, Bramble, created in 1984 by bartender Dick Bradsell who disappeared four years ago.

In the glass it has a very intense crimson red colour. The typical aroma of juniper is indissolubly blended with pleasant notes of fresh fruit: blackberry, raspberries, then citrus, to give life to a distinct and sophisticated perfume. The taste is round and fruity, very pleasant.

Ideal distillate for mixing, it is recommended for experimenting and revisiting some classics, such as Gin & Tonic, also in the version with the addition of soda.
