Description

The Brachetto d'Acqui Le Fronde by Fontanafredda comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Acqui Terme, in the province of Alessandria.

It comes only from Brachetto grapes, harvested in the second ten days of September. After a soft pressing and a short cold maceration, the must ferments in a pressurized tank at a controlled low temperature until the desired alcohol content is reached.

Intense ruby red in colour, Fontanafredda's Brachetto d'Acqui Le Fronde expresses fragrant aromas reminiscent of rose and wild strawberry. In the mouth it is sweet and fresh, balanced, lively and pleasant.

Very pleasant between meals, it is perfect with fruit desserts.
