Description

The Braida Brachetto d'Acqui was born in vineyards located in the province of Alessandria, in the heart of the Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG.

It is obtained only from Brachetto grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration on the skins for 36-48 hours, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After the fermentation in pressurized tanks for a few days, the wine ages for a few weeks in the bottle before being placed on the market.

The Braida Brachetto d'Acqui is characterized by a light ruby red colour with purple reflections, a lively foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with pleasant hints of ripe red fruit, enriched with notes of dried rose. On the palate it proves soft, sweet, delicate and sparkling, with a long aromatic persistence.

Perfect to accompany strawberries, wild strawberries and dried fruit such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios, this dessert wine finds its ideal pairing with dry pastries and baked desserts, from Christmas panettone to tarts. Try it with chocolate.
