Description
Bourgogne Pinot Noir Terres de Famille is a wine that reflects the richness and diversity of the Burgundy territory. Produced from vineyards located on different terrains including Condemaine, En Veves, Monpoulain, these vines vary in age, ensuring a unique complexity to the wine. The total surface area of the vineyards amounts to approximately seven hectares, cultivated following organic farming methods.
Winemaking follows a careful and natural process. The grapes, selected both in the vineyard and in the cellar, are subjected to cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days, with a total maceration of 21 days. The wine is then aged for 9 months in oak barrels, without the use of new barrels, to maintain the authenticity of the flavors.
This Pinot Noir is characterized by its elegant and deep notes. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, earthy notes and a touch of sweet spices open up. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a fine structure and soft tannins leading to a persistent and harmonious finish.
Perfect to accompany a variety of dishes, it pairs beautifully with red meats, mushroom dishes, poultry and mature cheeses. Its versatility makes it ideal for both an informal meal and an elegant dinner.
