Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc by Emmanuel Rouget is a white Burgundy wine made with Chardonnay grapes from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune region. This wine reflects the distinctive character of the Burgundy terroir, famous for its elegant and mineral white wines.

The grapes are carefully vinified to enhance the freshness and aromatic complexity, with an aging that balances the fruity and woody notes, giving depth to the wine.

On the nose it presents aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, accompanied by notes of green apple, pear and light nuances of wood and minerals. On the palate it is dry, structured and slightly acidic, with a pleasant buttery sensation.
