Description

He wants to tell frankly and faithfully the elegance of the Pinot Noir of Burgundy, this single-varietal red signed Louis Latour.

It is made up of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, carefully harvested and fermented in traditional tanks. In order to maintain the expressive capacity of the fruit unaltered, this wine ages in steel containers for a period of 10-12 months.

It has a ruby red color. The nose reveals a crisp and young fruit, reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by a floral texture of rose and geranium. In the mouth it is fresh and juicy, flowing in the pleasantness of the sip and made precious by the innate elegance of the prince of Burgundy grape.

Excellent to accompany barbecued beef cuts.
