Description

The Pinot Noir de Bourgogne produced by Domaine Faiveley expresses itself on a delicate fragrance, without renouncing the finesse that distinguishes all Pinot Noir from Cote de Nuits, in Burgundy, as an author's signature.

It consists of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, harvested from different vineyard plots located within the Cote de Nuits area, which in turn is part of the Cote d'Or which, in turn still, represents one of the best known areas of the Wine burgundy. At the end of a careful vinification, the wine ages in large oak barrels for a period ranging from 12 to 14 months.

At sight it is bright ruby red, with fascinating transparency. The nose is fragrant and fresh in the memories of crunchy red fruit. The palate is wrapped in a great finesse, in which the tannin is soft and perfectly mixed with the medium body and fruity taste.

Ideal with a fillet of beef with mushrooms.
