Bourgogne AOC Pinot Noir Cuvée Sapidus 2021 Mongeard-Mugneret

Bourgogne Pinot Noir Cuvée Sapidus from Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret is a lively and elegant red wine, produced in the renowned Burgundy region of France, with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The terroir of origin, composed of Jurassic soils with gravel and limestone on deep clay, gives the wine a balanced and complex structure.

The harvest is done exclusively by hand, with a careful selection of the bunches. After a total destemming, the wine is aged in oak barrels that have already hosted two wines, to preserve the freshness and elegance of the varietal notes of Pinot Noir.

This wine is characterized by a purple color that, with evolution, tends to ruby shades. On the nose it offers a bouquet of small red fruits, which over time is enriched with notes of undergrowth and spices. On the palate it is structured, lively and elegant.

This red wine is ideal to be enjoyed young, accompanying meat dishes, poultry or mature cheeses.
