Description

Les Vignes de la Roche from Domaine Albert Sounit was born in Rully from the La Cassine, La Guiche and Le Pinacle vineyards.

The wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which are vinified in French oak barrels (10% new) with indigenous yeasts, where it subsequently ages for 8-9 months. Before bottling the wine rests for 2-3 months in steel tanks and is bottled unfiltered.

Straw yellow in colour, it opens on the nose with hints of fresh fruit such as citrus, apricot and peach. The sip is fresh and soft, with excellent persistence.

Ideal in combination with vegetarian cuisine, fish and white meats.
