Bourgogne AOC Chardonnay Laforêt 2022 Drouhin

The Bourgogne LaForêt Chardonnay from Drohuin is born in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Burgundy.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, carefully hand-picked and selected. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks for 7-8 months, to stabilize and refine its organoleptic characteristics.

The LaForêt Chardonnay by Drohuin has a golden yellow color, with greenish reflections. On the nose it opens with an elegant bouquet of white honey, enriched with notes of apricots and melon. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with good freshness, with delicate notes of butter in the finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, this white wine is perfect to accompany fish, escargot and smoked meats. Also recommended with vegetarian dishes and pizza.
