Description

Bourgogne Cuvée Margot by Olivier Leflaive is born in vineyards located in the heart of Burgundy, a renowned French wine-growing area for the production of wines with great elegance.

It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 15 months in oak barrels and barrique before being bottled.

It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of strawberry and raspberry. On the palate it is crisp and fruity, with a good structure.

Perfect to accompany vegetables, elaborate meat and roast dishes, it is ideal in combination with hard cheeses such as Gouda.
