Bourgogne AOC Cuvée Latour Rouge 2021 Louis Latour

Louis Latour's Bourgogne Cuvée Latour is a red wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from vineyards in the southern Côte-d'Or of Burgundy, with an average age of 30 years. The soils are rich in limestone, clay and granite, giving the wine a mineral and terroir-specific structure.

The harvest is done by hand to ensure the highest quality of the grapes. The vinification takes place in open vats, following traditional methods. The wine then ages for 10-12 months in stainless steel tanks, maintaining the freshness and purity of the fruity flavors typical of Pinot Noir.

Bright ruby red in color, it releases aromas of red fruits and undergrowth on the nose. It is broad on the palate, with notes of blackcurrant, black cherry and licorice, supported by silky tannins that lead to an elegant and pleasant finish.

It pairs perfectly with grilled meats and aged cheeses, enhancing the flavours of both.
