Description

It bears the name of the Domaine, this white berried Cuvée, to underline what are the essential features of the Côte d'Or terroir - in Burgundy - and the signature of the Domaine.

It consists of only Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the areas of Mersault, Puligny and Chassagne. It carries out alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks and refines, for 8 -10 months in similar tanks, so as to guarantee the maximum expressive frankness of the fruit.

Straw yellow, outlines its olfactory profile in the flavors of white fruit and vanilla. In the mouth it is creamy, fresh and has an elegant savory imprint. The rightly solid structure and the softness of the sip balance those hardnesses that encourage it to drink.

Perfect to accompany a crusted sea bream fillet.
