Description
It is the white berry summary of a fascinating territory like that of Meursault and of an identity signature like that of Patrick Javillier.
It is made from Chardonnay grapes grown with great respect for the vineyard and the land, but also for the expressive capacity of the white berry variety that has made Burgundy famous throughout the world. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels. Stop inside the same containers for 10 months.
Its scent animates that straw yellow aspect of beautiful consistency. The bouquet is fruity and fresh, with floral notes of jasmine and elderberry in the background. The sip is full and round, finished with a linear freshness that lingers in the memory of the citrus persistence.
Serve with ravioli filled with vegetables.
