Description

This Chardonnay comes to life from the Pierre Ponnelle maison, a Burgundian outpost in Beaune since 1875, able to still honor the ancient tradition in the wake of its motto that reads "Respiciamus atque Prospiciamus", which means that it is oriented to the future thanks to the strength and knowledge acquired in the past.

Chardonnay grapes are harvested in the coolest hours of the morning. Fermentation is carried out in steel at controlled low temperature in order not to disperse the intensity and vigor of the fruit.

Straw yellow in color, its bouquet unfolds on pleasant notes of pear, honey and cinnamon. On the palate it appears graceful, fresh and pleasantly mineral.

It is excellent paired with fish and shellfish preparations.
