Description

Bourgogne Chardonnay by Louis Latour is a white wine made with Chardonnay grapes from the Burgundy region. The vines, with an average age of 30 years, are grown on clay and limestone soils, ideal for enhancing the characteristics of this grape variety.

The harvest is done by hand, ensuring a careful selection of the bunches. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with complete malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages for 8-10 months always in steel, developing a perfect harmony between freshness and roundness, maintaining a fruity character balanced by acidity.

Pale yellow in color with green highlights, it offers delicate aromas of honeysuckle and lime on the nose. It is generous and rounded on the palate, with notes of almond and chlorophyll, leading to a surprisingly fresh and lively finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with seafood, cured meats and grilled fish.
