Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret’s Bourgogne Aligoté is a dry white wine from Burgundy, France. Made exclusively from hand-picked Aligoté grapes, this wine comes from vineyards planted on Jurassic soils rich in limestone and deep clay.

After a meticulous harvest, the grapes are not destemmed and the wine is aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, thus preserving its freshness and vivacity. Thanks to early bottling, it maintains intact the freshness that distinguishes it.

Characterized by a white gold hue, this wine surprises with its vivacity and fruity profile, with aromas that recall green apple, peach and almonds. On the palate it presents itself with a marked acidity and a fruity taste, which makes it particularly pleasant to drink, leaving a clean and refreshing finish.

Bourgogne Aligoté is an aperitif wine, perfect as an accompaniment to seafood or light appetizers.
