Description

The Bourgogne of Alain Michelot was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Burgundy AOC.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 18 months in oak barrels, before being placed on the market.

Bourgogne by Alain Michelot is characterized by a dark ruby red color. The nose opens with a deep and intense bouquet of plum and blackberry, enriched with elegant spicy hints. On the palate it is exuberant and fresh, with a good roundness, a chalky tannin and a pleasantly mineral finish.

Perfect to accompany truffles and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with risotto and white meats, chicken and turkey above all.
