Description

Bourgogne Les Chapitres is a wine produced with Pinot Noir grapes from different plots located in Burgundy. The calcareous soils of the area allow Pinot Noir to express all its aromatic potential.

The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with complete destemming, followed by fermentation in wooden tanks for approximately 15 days at a controlled temperature. After a short maturation in French oak barrels, the wine is lightly filtered and bottled. The result is a purplish-red wine with brilliant reflections.

On the nose, hints of red and black fruits emerge such as strawberry and blackberry, accompanied by notes of liquorice. On the palate it is powerful but soft, with well-structured and round tannins, offering finesse and aromatic complexity with hints of undergrowth and toasted bread.

This Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with beef, pork and cheese, enhancing the flavors of dishes with its structure and depth.
