Description
A small 8-hectare property located in Dieulivol, near the medieval city of Duras, belongs to the same family since 1952 and gives life to Château Vary, a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Obtained thanks to a natural vinification, fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Its light ruby red color stands out in the glass, while the nose gradually reveals intense notes of red and black fruit, red currant and plum, on a vanilla background. In the mouth it wraps with its soft and balanced tannins, which prolong the delicate finish.
Château Vary is the ideal wine to accompany grilled red meats, as well as game and poultry. Excellent if paired with delicate cheeses.
