Description
The Bordeaux Blanc AOC La Réserve Château Cazeau comes from the vineyards surrounding the property.
The grapes of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, hand-picked when perfectly ripe, are subjected to soft pressing to obtain the maximum of aromas. Thanks to a maceration on the skins and a rest on the fine lees, a further complexity of the aromas is obtained.
The result is a brilliant white with intense aromas of citrus and flowers and toasted notes, with a fresh and intensely aromatic taste.
Perfect in combination with fish dishes and white meats with sauces, such as chicken escalopes with mushrooms and guinea fowl with truffle sauce.
