Bordeaux AOP Sauvignon 2023 Château Mezain

Bordeaux Blanc by Chateau Mezain is a white wine from Bordeaux, more precisely in the Entre-Deux-Mers area. This terroir is characterized by a clayey-limestone soil which gives the wine a unique character. Produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, this wine reflects the typical nature of the territory.

The traditional harvest follows careful vinification, carried out in thermoregulated tanks to preserve the fresh and lively aroma of the grapes. The refinement on the fine lees helps to enrich the complexity of the wine, giving it structure and softness.

At sight it presents a pale yellow color, embellished with gray reflections that underline its elegance. On the nose, the bouquet is powerful, complex and persistent, with clear sensations of berries and grapefruit. On the palate it is balanced, rounded and lively, with citrus notes that enhance its freshness and drinkability.

This wine is the ideal accompaniment for cheeses, fish and shellfish, thanks to its ability to marry harmoniously with the delicacy and richness of the flavors of these foods.
