Description
The Confidence dry white wine from Château Bastor-Lamontagne comes from vineyards located in Preignac, in the heart of the Sauternes appellation.
The wine is a blend of Sauvignon Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes. The grapes are vinified in thermoregulated wooden barrels, where the wine ages on the fine lees for 8 months.
Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of exotic fruit such as mango and pineapple to the nose, as well as hints of vanilla and brioche. The sip is soft and with a fairly persistent finish.
Excellent both as an aperitif and in combination with seafood, white meats or fruit-based desserts.
