Bonnes-Mares AOC Grand Cru 2021 Domaine Bruno Clair

Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru is a prestigious red wine produced by Domaine Bruno Clair, located in Marsannay-la-Côte in Burgundy. This wine is obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, grown on clay-limestone soils.

Bonnes-Mares winemaking includes the use of 30% to 50% whole bunches and involves maceration for 10 to 15 days in wooden barrels. This is followed by refinement for 18 to 20 months in oak barriques, of which approximately 45% are new. This process gives the wine an excellent structure

In the glass the Bonnes-Mares presents itself with an intense ruby red color. On the nose there are aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine is powerful, with notable complexity and length.

This Grand Cru is ideal for accompanying rich dishes such as red meat stews, game dishes and blue cheeses.
