Description

The Bolgheri Superiore Atis of Podere Guado al Melo was born in the renowned vineyards located in the Bolgheri DOC area, in Tuscany.

It is produced from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Rebo grapes, carefully harvested and selected by hand. After soft pressing and fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature, the wine ages for approximately 24 months in oak barrels on the fine lees and for another 12 months in the bottle.

Atis is characterized by a deep red color. It is a wine that takes time, as it has a complex and refined aroma, rich in tasting notes that evolve little by little in the glass. The bouquet it gives us initially is spicy, enriched with hints of red fruits, tobacco and balsamic notes. On the palate it is soft, balanced, pleasantly structured and long.

It is ideal to serve with mature cheeses and first courses with tasty meat sauces. Perfect to accompany red meats and tasty game-based recipes.
