Description

The Bolgheri Rosso from the Michele Satta company is the expression of the family's vineyards and aims to represent a red wine with great character and pleasantness.

It is produced with 30% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 30% Sangiovese grapes, 20% Merlot grapes, 10% Syrah grapes and 10% Teroldego grapes, all carefully harvested and selected. Fermentation lasts about 3 weeks and occurs without the addition of artificial yeasts. The wine is then aged for 12 months in barrique and then for a further 6 months in the bottle before being sold.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, enriched by pleasant hints of leather and tobacco on the finish. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, giving a persistent and elegant finish.

Ideal to accompany all first courses with elaborate meat sauces, it goes perfectly with game and red meat.
