Description

The Bolgheri Vermentino of the Caccia al Palazzo line of Tenuta Di Vaira is born in vineyards located in the Livorno municipality of Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of the magical Bolgheri terroir.

It is produced with 100% Vermentino grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in steel vats. Subsequently, the wine remains to refine in the same containers and then in the bottle, before being placed on the market.

It has a pale straw yellow colour. The nose reveals notes of citrus, lemon leaf and white peach. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with a pleasantly sweet and fruity aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany first courses and risottos, it is ideal in combination with soups and broths, white meats and fresh cheeses, especially those of goat origin.
