Description

The Bolgheri Ruit Hora di Caccia al Piano is born in vineyards located in the Livorno town of Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of the Bolgheri DOC.

It is produced with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barriques of various toasts, before being bottled.

It has a dark ruby red color. The nose opens with clear notes of raspberry, cocoa and coffee. On the palate it is full and vigorous, full-bodied, soft and velvety.

Perfect to accompany red and white meat dishes, it is ideal in combination with roasts and aged cheeses.
