Description

The Bolgheri Rosato by Giorgio Meletti Cavallari, a company founded in 2002 and located in southern Tuscany.

It consists of Merlot and Syrah grapes, which are softly pressed and then statically decanted. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature thanks to selected yeasts. The wine ages in steel tanks for 4 months, followed by 3 months in the bottle.

Pink in colour, the nose expresses itself with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and red rose. The sip is fresh, with good persistence.

It pairs well with cured meat appetizers and cacciucco.
