Description
The Bolgheri Il Bruciato dei Marchesi Antinori was born in the vineyards of the Guado al Tasso estate, located near the medieval town of Bolgheri, in the area of the Tuscan Maremma.
It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes, left to ferment for 10-15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. Subsequently the wine undergoes the malolactic fermentation process partly in barrique and partly in stainless steel tanks, before being decanted and put back in barrique for 7 months for aging. Once bottled, the wine rests for another 4 months in the bottle.
Bolgheri Il Bruciato is a red wine with an intense bouquet, dominated by notes of sweet spices, roasted coffee and small ripe red fruits. The nose is rich and attractive. This wine gives the palate a good persistence. It represents the perfect combination of balance and refinement.
Perfect to accompany savory first courses based on meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with grilled red meats, stewed meats and aged cheeses.
