Description

Costa di Giulia by Michele Satta is a wine that is born as Vermentino in purity but its composition is then revised and decided for the addition of a part of Sauvignon Blanc in order to give more personality and a sweeter and broader finish.

The pressing of the grapes is slow and soft. Fermentation follows at a very low temperature for a period that can even reach a month and refinement on the fine lees for about 6 months.

In the glass it shows a straw yellow color. The scent evolves on notes of yellow pulp fruit that mix with floral hints of broom. In the mouth it reveals a full and soft taste, with a nice sapidity.

It is excellent to accompany all fish-based courses.
