Description
Bolgheri Bianco Borgeri by Giorgio Meletti, a company founded in 2002 and located in southern Tuscany.
It consists of Vermentino and Viognier grapes, which are softly pressed and then statically decanted. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature thanks to selected yeasts. The wine ages in steel tanks for 4 months, followed by 3 months in the bottle.
Straw yellow in color, the nose is expressed with aromas of banana, pear, citrus fruits and notes of hawthorn. The sip is fresh and mineral, with good persistence.
It goes well with both grilled and baked fish.
