The Blanche IPA is a blonde beer from the Zago brewery, founded in 1978. The brewery produces non-pasteurized or filtered craft beers. The label represents the symbolic architectures of the Dorsoduro-Giudecca district, located in the southern part of the city.
How is the Blanche IPA produced?
It is a top-fermented blonde Indian Pale Ale, with natural refermentation in the bottle. A percentage of ancient wheat is used in its production.

La Blanche IPA is a fresh and fruity beer characterized by a citrus bouquet and hints of yeast. Its taste recalls bitter orange, bergamot and chestnut honey, with evident bitter notes.
