Blanche IPA is a blonde beer from the Zago brewery, founded in 1978. The brewery produces unpasteurized and unfiltered craft beers. The label represents the symbolic architecture of the Dorsoduro-Giudecca district, located in the southern part of the city.
How is Blanche IPA made?
This is a top-fermented blond Indian Pale Ale, with natural refermentation in the bottle. A percentage of ancient wheat is used in its production.

Blanche IPA is a fresh and fruity beer characterized by a citrus bouquet and hints of yeast. Its taste recalls bitter orange, bergamot and chestnut honey, with evident bitter notes.
