La Blanche IPA from the Zago brewery
The Blanche IPA is a blonde beer from the Zago brewery, founded in 1978. The brewery produces non-pasteurized or filtered craft beers. The label represents the symbolic architectures of the Dorsoduro-Giudecca district, located in the southern part of the city.
How is the Blanche IPA produced?
It is a top-fermented blonde Indian Pale Ale, with natural refermentation in the bottle. A percentage of ancient wheat is used in its production.
Eyes, nose and taste
La Blanche IPA is a fresh and fruity beer characterized by a citrus bouquet and hints of yeast. Its taste recalls bitter orange, bergamot and chestnut honey, with evident bitter notes.
What do you combine the Blanche IPA with?
It goes well with an appetizer of mixed croutons, white meats and fresh and soft cheeses.
