Description

Valdo's Blanc de Blancs Aquarius is a limited edition sparkling wine, with an exclusive label created by Ceci Johnson.

The Glera and Garganega grapes are softly pressed, then sent to fermentation with selected yeasts in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat Method, followed by a period of refinement in an autoclave of 3 months.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it is characterized by a fairly fine and persistent perlage. It opens on the nose with a fruity and floral bouquet. The sip is balanced, with a subtle flavor.

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes very well with fish-based dishes.
