Description

Chambord is a French liqueur whose recipe has remained unchanged since 1685. This liqueur is obtained by infusing raspberries and blackberries in a hydroalcoholic solution for two weeks, followed by a second pressing.

The production process of Chambord begins with the infusion of fresh berries in a hydroalcoholic solution, which allows the natural flavors and aromas of the fruits to be best extracted. After pressing, the liqueur is enriched with high-quality Cognac, Madagascar vanilla and spices such as cinnamon, as well as blackcurrant extract and other secret botanicals that give complexity and depth to the final product.

On the nose, Chambord presents a rich and intense bouquet, dominated by notes of berries, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate, the liqueur is velvety and full, with flavors of raspberries and blackberries that blend harmoniously with the Cognac, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. The finish is long and enveloping, with a well-balanced sweetness and a fruity and spicy aftertaste.

It pairs perfectly with chocolate desserts, fruit cakes and creamy cheeses, and can be used to create sophisticated cocktails such as the French Martini and Kir Royal, thanks to its versatility and rich, complex flavour.
