Bitter Mèrida Soul 84

The Italian Bitter Mèrida is a delicate and mineral gin produced in Padua, Veneto. Her name comes from Latin and means "she who has achieved a place of honor".

Mèrida is a liqueur whose production is characterized by four phases. Initially we proceed with the juniper distillate obtained from the infusion on a cereal alcohol base and subsequent distillation. Subsequently we move on to the infusion of botanicals individually on a grain alcohol basis only.

Amber in colour, the nose highlights aromas of gentian, hops and dandelion and citrus fruits. It has a strong taste characterized by the marked note of juniper, the delicate scent of citrus fruits and the bitter aromas of roots and herbs.

It can be enjoyed neat or used in the preparation of cocktails.
