Bionda La Morosina

The Blonde Morosina

La Bionda is an agricultural beer produced by the Lombard brewery La Morosina, unfiltered and unpasteurised. In November, cereals are sown in Cascina Morosina, which are then threshed in July. The hops begin their vegetative awakening in March and are harvested in August, with a manual harvest of their flowers, so as not to lose their precious aromas and perfumes. The last fundamental raw material for beer is water, the most precious resource of the farm, pure, which does not require treatment.

Sight, nose, eye and palate

La Bionda is a golden beer, which on the nose reveals fragrant aromas of malt and hops. Its taste is refreshing, pleasant and full-bodied.
