Description

This Bianco di Custoza comes from Trebbiano and Garganega vineyards located in the hinterland of Lake Garda.

The vinification takes place with crushing-destemming of the bunches and short maceration at low temperature in contact with the skins, followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a temperature between 14 and 18 ° C.

Straw yellow in the glass, it expresses itself on elegant and delicate notes of white flowers. In the mouth it is soft but firm, almost salty, with a pleasantly bitter finish.

Very versatile in food-wine pairing, it is enhanced with recipes based on eggs and lake fish. Try it paired with a plate of Valeggio tortellini.
