Description

Lo Sharis was born in the vineyards of the Friuli institution Livio Felluga, located in the gentle hilly stage in the province of Gorizia.

This wine is made by mixing together Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested during the first two decades of September. After destemming and crushing, the must is clarified by decanting and then left to ferment in special stainless steel containers, at controlled temperatures. The wine is then kept on the lees for 6 months and left to refine for another 2 months in glass before being placed on the market.

It has a straw yellow color with soft golden reflections. The nose has a pleasant and intense scent of tropical fruit, followed by floral hints of rose and magnolia, with a sweet finish reminiscent of vanilla cream. In the mouth it comes lively and very fresh, with a fruity attack that ends in slightly bitter citrus on the finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with marinated fish and asparagus and vegetable dishes.
