Description

The Bianco Campania Narciso di Capri Moonlight is a fresh and fragrant white wine obtained from Greco and Falanghina grapes.

The manual harvest takes place in October, then the grapes are pressed and vinified in steel. It is then refined on the lees in steel and continues in the bottle.

Notes of aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage are found, associated with a finely almondy background. It also offers a marked mineral perception with hints of ripe fruit. On the palate it is a wine with good structure and a fine texture of freshness and flavor, also linked to the long refinement on the fine lees. Good finely citrusy persistence.

A white wine ideal with fish and appetizers.
