Description

La Bianca is the beer with which the Brùton brewery pays homage to the 1984 film by Nanni Moretti. Obviously, the name also takes up the style it is inspired by, that of the Belgian traditional Blanche.

This beer has an opalescent blond color, with an abundant and not very persistent foam. The nose offers intense notes of wheat, with hints of coriander, citrus and white flowers. In the mouth the spices are enhanced, with fresh peppery sensations and a citrusy finish.

The Brùton White is perfect for the aperitif moment. It also elegantly marries fish and vegetable dishes.
